Host a Special Event on the Bluff Overlooing Lake Michigan

SPECIAL EVENTS: Celebrate your special occasion with family and friends surrounded by natural beauty on the shores of Lake Michigan at Ventura Pines Cottage. Create memories to last a lifetime as you celebrate with those you love the most in this unique, memorable and stunningly beautiful setting. The large yard and bluff offer 140 feet of Lake Michigan frontage and private beach that make for a stunning backdrop for your special occasion and celebration.

Event Suitability: Ventura Pines Cottage is available to those wishing to have a small, quiet, intimate occasion, whether elegant or casual, with the stunningly serene beauty of Lake Michigan as a backdrop. You may host a special occasion with a gathering with up to 50 people in attendance at an outdoor event, or 30 person maximum can take place inside the cottage. Exceptions for more than 50 people present at outdoor event may be possible in certain circumstances. Please note that AMPLIFICATION IS NOT ALLOWED, so DJs or live bands is not permissible as it does not retain the serenity of the setting and residential neighborhood, and comply with local noise ordinance laws. Non amplified music may be possible. The Cottage is a residential home and not a “wedding venue”, so it is suitable only for overnight guests wishing to utilize accordingly, which would include treating is as your own home, and being respectful to the property and neighbors. Event Agreement is required in order to host and event during your stay.

Additional Accommodations: Your vacation and special occasion can become an extended celebration as up to 60 overnight vacationing guests can be accommodated at Ventura Pines Cottage (sleeps up to 14), Ventura Pines Cabin (sleeps up to 14), and several other neighboring cottages.

RATES AND AVAILABILITY: Ventura Pines Cottage is available for your vacation and event by the week in the summer, Saturday - Saturday (rental rate of $6500 plus event fee) and long weekends in May, early June, September and October (rental rate of $2000-5500 plus event fee).
